MOnster JAM : Great turn out, Thanks to all the families that helped promote QMA.

Jan. 30- To LQMA,I raced and graduated from LSQMA several years ago. I'm not sure if anyone in the club now knows Artie Lund "Spook" but when I was racing he was a huge part of QMA. He painted most of the cars and always gave away free paint jobs for the raffle during the Monzas. He also did all the cooking for the Turkey day race. Which at the time was the last race of the year so we had a put lock dinner after-wards. The reason I am writing is to inform you and whoever might have known him that he passed away this morning (Jan 29,2010). Like I said I'm not even sure if anyone out there still knows him. His granddaughters did race for a while, Brook and Kayla Lund. SO if y'all do know him please pass this along. Thanks Denise West
I did not know him but I did get to meet him at our resent 50 year reunion. He had some great stories to tell. I heard of his hard work and dedication to QMA but most of all his willingness to put the kids first ,our sympathy goes out to the family, he will be missed.....

Oct.- We had a great time in Albuquerque. The weather was nice with sunny days and highs in the mid 70's. There were more than 600 hot air balloons at the mass ascension on Saturday. Berklee raced well, with fast time in Sr. Honda, and setting track records in Lt. 160 and Lt. Mod. Berklee has set nine track records this year and has set a record at every track she has raced at this year. She finished 2nd in the A-main in Lt. 160 and fourth in Lt. Mod. 06-July-Lets go Racing.....Hunter Montgomery,Tate Gregory, Trent &Trey Beaver are packing up to make the Eastern Grands trip (july18-26).It's been pretty hot here in TX so LSQMA is sending some heat.. Give'em heck boys!

05 July-A fun week at the Western Grands. OMG! Berklee finished with Fast Time, New track record and 3rd place in the A-main in Senior Honda. Berklee also had fast time, a new track record and 6th place in the A-main in Senior Stock. They are scared of you girl.....Kudos to you and your Race team!

25-June Berklee Jimenez has hit the road to the Western Grands. Check out Lederermotors.com home page. They have a picture of Berklee and update of her Deco highlights. WOW!

Sr.Honda-118/118 tied for first Tater (and the Tot Larson)Tracy Patterson jumps in 4Th for the day. Then Berklee Jimenez.
Lt.160-Berklee Jimenez runs a 6th for the day, hang in there girl!

11-April San Antonio/TX Shootout Cool Race day

Novice-get'en use to racing-Noah & Evan Finkle.Trophied 1st and both received fast time.GNG!
Jr.Honda-Trent Beaver 1st,1st and qualified 2ND.4Th for the day Gabriel Fogg,Duham then Leal.
Sr.Honda-Yanking on the string and braking the tie Tate Gregory 1st for the day.4Th and coming on strong Berlee Jimenez.4Th and ready to race, Trey Beaver. Then from Harper ,TX Tracey Patterson.
Lt.160-Real nice show, tied for 3rd Berklee Jimenez.

25-April Austin/TX Shootout

Novice-Great Job by Novice drivers:Noah Finkle & Evan Finkle.The boys raced their tires off.
Jr.Honda-Gabriel Fogg & Aaron Dunham are running with a tough crowd.Fogg finished 4th for the day ,Duham 5Th.
Sr.Honda-Super dog tight racing! Tate Gregory drops the lead standing 2ND for the day.Hitting her marks Berklee Jimenez grabs 3rd.(You've got to watch this race to keep up.)
Lt.160-Berlee Jimenez,even though she was feeling sick all week,Grabbed the pole & finished 5Th for the day.New to the field ,Tate qualified 3rd,finished 2ND and ended the day in forth.
